Accessibility menu
This site includes the UserWay accessibility menu. Select the accessibility icon at the edge of the page to open it, then wait a moment for it to finish loading. The menu lets you adjust the page display, for example text size, contrast and spacing, to suit your needs.
The menu is an added convenience. It does not replace the accessibility settings built into your browser, device or assistive technology. UserWay is a third-party service, and it may store your display preferences in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The standard we work toward
We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Some content may not fully meet that standard yet (see Known limitations below). We keep working to fix issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.
Known limitations
- Free guide. The downloadable PDF guide may not work fully with screen readers. If you need it in another format, contact us.
- Forms. Our forms are built with Gravity Forms. If you cannot complete one, contact us, and we will take your request by phone or email instead.
- Older articles. Some blog posts may include images without text descriptions.
- Other sites. We do not control sites we link to, and their accessibility may differ.
