Privacy Policy

This policy explains what bookkeeping.vet collects, how iVET360 uses it, and the choices you have. Effective: November 1, 2026.

Who we are

bookkeeping.vet is a veterinary bookkeeping service from iVET360, INC., PO Box 2369, Beaverton, OR 97075. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean iVET360, INC.

This policy covers this website, bookkeeping.vet. It does not cover our other sites, such as ivet360.com, which have their own policies. It also does not cover the services we provide to clients or the client portal. Those are governed by the services agreement between iVET360 and the client.

This website is intended for veterinary practice owners and managers in the United States.

What we collect

Information you give us. We collect what you type into our forms:

  • Demo request: your name, email address, phone number, hospital name and, if you choose, your hospital website.
  • Assessment request: your name, role, email address, optional phone number, and practice name, plus answers about your practice. These cover the number of doctors and locations, an annual revenue range, your current bookkeeping and software setup, how confident you are in your financial reports, and your goals. Anything you add in the open response box is included.
  • Free guide download: your name, hospital name, and email address.

Please do not enter bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords in any form on this site. We never need them to respond to a request.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, we and our service providers collect technical data through cookies and similar tools. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you and the time of your visit.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your demo, assessment or guide request and schedule any follow-up.
  • Decide whether an assessment is a good fit and prepare for it.
  • Send you email about veterinary bookkeeping and iVET360 services. If you submit a form, we add your contact details to our email list automatically. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time (see Your choices and requests).
  • Measure how the site performs and improve it.
  • Show iVET360 ads to people who have visited this site (see Cookies, analytics and advertising).
  • Keep the site secure, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses them, along with similar tools such as pixels and tags, for four purposes:

  • Tag management. Google Tag Manager loads and manages the other tools listed here.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4 reports how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages they view and where they came from. Google processes this data on our behalf.
  • Advertising. We use advertising cookies and pixels to show iVET360 ads to people who have visited this site, often called retargeting. We use Google Ads for this, and Google may collect information about your visit to do it.
  • Accessibility. The UserWay accessibility menu may store your display preferences in your browser so they carry across pages.

Your choices. You can change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie settings on this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may work less smoothly. To limit tracking and targeted ads, you can:

Who sees your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give your form submissions to anyone outside iVET360.

Form submissions are received through Gravity Forms and recorded in our Salesforce system. Only iVET360 staff who need them to respond to you can see them.

The one exception is the cookie and pixel data described above. Google collects that data directly from your browser for analytics and Google Ads retargeting. It does not include what you type into our forms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety or security of iVET360, our clients or others.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions in our records and do not delete them on an automatic schedule. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (see below). Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account.
